Personal and academic path
I am Pooya Sarraf Zadeh, born on June 16, 1988 in Tehran. My interest in computers, programming, building new things, and solving problems began early and soon became my professional direction.
I studied Information Technology Engineering at Islamic Azad University, Parand Branch, with a focus on Advanced Information Systems. Later, I completed a master's degree in Information Technology Management at Islamic Azad University, Electronic Branch, with a focus on Information Systems Management. That background shaped the way I look beyond code and pay attention to process, data, and the business decisions behind software.
Work, focus, and commitment
I started programming in 2008 and entered practical financial business software projects in mid-2009. Along the way I worked with C++, C#, .NET, and SQL Server, gradually moving from programming into requirement analysis, system design, architecture, testing, training, and optimization.
My collaboration with Pooya Payvand started in 2010, and I have served as the company's CEO since 2021. Still, the core of my work remains system design and building software that understands the problem, stays extensible, and performs reliably in real operations.
Working style
In professional work, patience, follow-through, and clear communication with the client matter to me. When an issue appears, I try to make sure it does not get lost between people; it should be followed, explained clearly, and carried to a result.
I do not see work as something completely separate from life. When a project is on the table, I give it time and energy, and I try to reduce noise around the work so the main path can move forward.
Outside work
Music is also part of my life, and I play drums. That attention to rhythm and structure may be one reason I care so much about order, coordination, and timing when designing systems.
